Burger King in Traverse City

Beautiful setting, friendly service. I have been mischarged there more than 3 times in 1 month so you can see my frustrations with that in itself. They have always paid me back but the hassle is unworthy of my time. Also I received food poisoning from a Whopper that I ordered there. The lady failed to give me my receipt and didnt ask me if I wanted it. Not thinking much of it I drove off but only was allowed to replace it with a sandwich of the same value. Didn't really want to eat Bk again after just getting food poisoning from them the day before. I give them 2 stars and that's because the scenery and lobby are beautiful. No other reason. The workers are just typical workers. Nothing special. But nicer than McDonald's. But I prefer McDonald's now because no Food poisoning and the coupons are good at McDonald's.

I would say one of the better known and most popular Burger Kings due to its location and size. Being on one of the main drags of Division and all. Furthermore, when you drive by more times than none you can actually smell the yummy smell of burgers and such. Usually, a drive-through environment due to its location and all as well. But you can do a walk-in though.

Airtight food. Not a fan of their fries though.

Had a ski lodge interior feel with super fast courteous service. Team was quick and ran like a clock in motion. Customers flowed through quickly even with made to order specials. Cozy atmosphere, music was a little too loud.

Absolutely ridiculous! We had to go through the drive through 4 TIMES! After that.... they still couldnt get the order right. It was so simple. Whopper add cheese no mayo no tomato. Simple right? Apparently not. Then the manager *who isnt a very good one* refuses to give the name of the district manager and refuses to give the name

Excellent service.

I try to avoid this location, due to the fact that they cant seem to ever get a simple order correct. Ordered one item, asked for sauce. Forgot the sauce. I feel like you should be able to remember one of two parts of a simple order. But hey, I guess that's why they are working at Burger King and not at a real job. For the record, this review is not based off this one experience. Seems every time I go there, at least one thing is wrong. I would rather drive extra, to the one by home depot where they ay least wont waste my time by giving me the wrong stuff.

The guy scooping the fries was wearing a mask, but under his nose, thereby defeating the purpose of the mask.

Its a burger king, its not anything out of this world, need food quick? Sure. Wanna go out for a nice dinner? Nah man.

We recieved two chicken sandwiches that were meant to be whoppers, one of which had cheese and bacon on it. They messed up our order so bad that it's honestly laughable. Irresponsible staff and management I say.

Not much to say other yuan it is a typical burger king. Service is always fast and the food is predictable. It's a chain so I'm sure you can figure out how the food is.

Very fast service. The staff typically wont hand you your food with a smile. There seems to be a disgruntled attitude amongst almost every employee I've come in contact with. Makes me wonder if there's problems with management and the employees aren't satisfied working here. But ive never had a problem with my order and ive been here dozens of times over the past two years.

They got the order all correct, including special orders. They had a great 2 for 6 deal that included impossible Whoppers, so it is a great time to try them if you have been waiting for a deal. I thought they were great and would definitely get them again.

Very nice Burger King location! It really does not look or feel like a Burger King inside. Food is always hot and fresh, orders correct. Staff are always fast and friendly. Clean dining room and restrooms. A very good Burger King to stop at!

Clean up to date fast and good food for ok prices. I got the king meal deal for $3.49 and got 2 cheese burgers(choice of 3 different Cheese Burger, Crispy Chicken, and Spicy Crispy Chicken) 1 small fries, and small softdrink

Typical BK. Nothing special or bad. But I really like the new Impossible Whopper!

Not thrilled and felt very rushed while ordering through the drive-thru. I wasn't asking for long but two minutes would have been awesome. But I did get everything ordered and the food was fine.

Inconsistent food. Nuggets taste differently every time. Burgers are hardly fresh. Good deal for the money I gues .

Food was hot and good. Only down fall bathrooms were dirty and no paper towels in either one.

Perfect lunch! I stopped in at 12:30 in the middle of lunch and was greeted promptly and served with great service and a smile. My order was to go and they even put napkins in the bag for me. Whopper was hot and perfect with no lettuce as I ordered. Clean, fast and friendly - the basics of great fast food is evident here. Thank you Burger King! I'll be back to this location

Good service but not wild about burgers meat or non meal

I use to frequent the BK by Home Depot once a week. They didn't have the grilled chicken salad at the time, so I would request the juicy and tender chicken breast on top my salad. No problem and she, the order/cashier was always so friendly and positive.The only BK I ever got sick from, twice (!) was on M115 in Cadillac.

I can eat Burger Kings food and it tastes good. I cannot eat at McDonald's. Get sick Everytime. I don't eat fast food much but if I do it's Burger King.

Friendly & nice fast service. Clean lobby and restroom. Manager comes out to ensure that floors and tables are clean.
